Prepare your body, mind, and spirit for Autumn with this nourishing day retreat hosted by two Liverpool-based yoga instructors. An uplifting autumn day in the centre of Calderstones park in the newly refurbished Mansion house where you can let go and immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness practices. In line with nature this day will focus on shedding old layers, letting go of what doesn’t serve us anymore and creating new nourishing and life affirming habits. 

The day will include:

– A balancing and dynamic Hatha yoga session in the morning

– A short guided mindfulness walk around the beautiful surroundings of Calderstones Park

– A nutritious plant-based lunch provided by Indigo Greens

– Mindfulness session with Sion

– A Restorative yoga session in the afternoon

– Yoga Nidra* practices to end the day

– Mats and props provided, Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels.

The yoga studio at mansion house holds space for 18 mats therefore places are limited. Tickets are £65. Booking fee applies. Special early bird price of £55 is available until September 30th.
