  • Two well-balanced dynamic yoga sessions in the morning
  • Followed by two Restorative yoga sessions in the afternoon
  • Yoga practice using the most exquisite essential oils to balance your emotions and help you let go of anything that no longer serves you
  • Meditation and Yoga Nidra, practices to take home to help you find your inner calm
  • A day where everything will be taken care of for you so you can let go and immerse yourself in taking care of your body, mind and spirit
