Join Sion and Rosanna for this special online event, a chance to receive support and connection during this time
Come together in a safe and supportive space with this warming and connecting afternoon hosted by two Liverpool-based yoga instructors. A relaxing and uplifting afternoon from the comfort of your home using Zoom where you can let go and immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness practices. Feel in good company and make some well-deserved time for you. The afternoon will focus on deep relaxation, connection, lifting your spirits and finding calm.
The afternoon will include:
– A grounding dynamic Hatha yoga session
– Mindfulness session with Sion
– Meditation practice
– Yoga Nidra* practice to end the day
– A virtual Closing circle
Please have a yoga mat or blanket, plus any props you’d like, Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels.
Places are limited. Tickets are £15. Booking fee applies.
There are Special early bird tickets at £12 if you book before 19th May.
All attendees must complete a medical questionnaire in advance.

*Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and a deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you’ve been asleep for hours.
