Prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the Spring Equinox with this refreshing and balancing day retreat hosted by two Liverpool-based yoga instructors. Join us for a spring cleanse in a warm and nurturing space where you can let go and immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness practices.
Refocus your energy and Spring into action!
The day will include:
– Two well-balanced dynamic Hatha yoga sessions in the morning
– A nutritious plant-based lunch provided by Indigo Greens
– A Yin yoga session in the afternoon
– Mindfulness and Meditation practices
– Yoga Nidra* practice
– Mats and props provided
Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels.
House of Ananda holds space for 12 mats, therefore places are limited. Earlybird tickets are £55 and are available until Monday 25th February. After that tickets are £65. Booking fee applies.
