Relax and energise your body, mind, and spirit mid-summer with this refreshing day retreat hosted by two experienced yoga teachers.

Join Sion and Rosanna for this special Summer day retreat at the beautiful Calm Church Farm on Sunday 25th June.

Harness the energy of the sun and find your flow.

Join us on this energising summer’s day and feel revitalised and restored in the studio at calm church farm where you can let go and immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness practices.

The day will include:

– A well-balanced dynamic Hatha yoga session in the morning

– A nutritious plant-based yogic lunch

– A Restorative yoga session in the afternoon

– A mindfulness workshop

– Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra* practices

Mats and props are provided. Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

The yoga studio at calm church farm holds space for 14 mats therefore places are limited.

*Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you’ve been asleep for hours.

**Cancellations up to 15th May will be entitled to a full refund, Cancellations between 16th May and 25th June are not entitled to a refund.
