Are you ready to go from mouse to lion?
When you feel down, you often also feel vulnerable, weak and low in confidence and self-esteem. The way you carry yourself, you think, speak and act resembles… a mouse. You simply don’t have the strength or the feel-good for anything else.
Imagine being met where you are, and offered compassion for feeling like you do.
What you can need when you’re in this state is somebody or something to help you to tap back into your courage, your fierce and your confidence. You’ve forgotten how these qualities live within, and are available to you. And it’s going to take that external help to remind you, and shine a light on who you really are.
My offer
During a four week period, I want to hold your hand. I want to teach you yoga that can help to build your strength, improve your confidence and lift your mood. My intention is for you to feel good again. After you’ve completed a general assessment, letting me know your personal circumstances and needs, I’ll come to your home for four-weekly one hour yoga sessions, and – together, we’ll bring out the lion in you!
