La Romana is a small village only 30 minutes from Alicante airport and its amazing beaches set in the breathtaking mountains in the community of Valencia. You can enjoy beautiful views of olive fields and vineyards all around you. The peaceful, tranquil setting makes boutique Hotel-Spa La Romana the perfect spot for a relaxing break to get away from it all. Stroll into town, go for a hike and enjoy local produce. Or simply unwind in the outdoor swimming pool, chill out areas and with a range of Spa treatments: it’s up to you. Practise yoga in both indoor and outdoor spaces, in the sun or under the cool shade of evergreen trees.

Rosanna will teach a 90-minute yoga class each morning to help you stretch your body, centre your mind and feel refreshed for the day ahead. Followed by a healthy brunch in the hotel restaurant. During the afternoons, there will be optional activities, such as a walk to a Spanish cafe in La Romana town centre, a hike in the mountains or day trip to the nearby beach (where we will have yoga on the last night!) or you can simply choose to relax and put your feet up at the hotel. There will be a second 90-minute yoga class each evening to help you ease into your evening, followed by a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant – and a special meal all together on the last night.
