Yoga, Mindfulness, Walking Retreat in Snowdonia

Relax and renew in the heart of Snowdonia surrounded by breathtaking mountain views – come and spend a weekend getaway in the peaceful North Wales setting with this three day yoga retreat for mind, body and soul.

Settle into the Spring time with this refreshing, balancing and deeply restoring weekend retreat hosted by two Liverpool-based yoga instructors. Enjoy some time for yourself and reconnect with nature during the spring, finding energy, nourishment and your inner calm. Join us for a spring cleanse in a beautiful, tranquil setting where you can be in good company and let go and immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness practices.

Refocus your energy and Spring into action!

The retreat will include:

– Two nights full board stay at Yr Ocar Retreat Venue.

– Daily dynamic and restorative Hatha yoga & meditation sessions.

– Fresh and delicious seasonal vegetarian/vegan meals.

– Mindfulness practices and a mindful walk.

– Yoga nidra practices.

– Outdoor yoga (weather permitting).

– Songs and harmonium besides the log fire.

– Access to Snowdonia’s mountains.

– Meeting and spending time with like-minded people.

Please bring your own yoga mats and props, some can be provided on request.

Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome.

Spaces at Yr Ocar are limited. Tickets are £295 per person if booked by 29th February, £345 after that.** All bookings are for a shared room for two people.

*Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and a deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you’ve been asleep for hours.

**Ticket prices include a £150 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations up to 29th February will be entitled to a full refund excluding the £150 deposit. Cancellations between 1st March and 14th March are entitled to a 30% refund. Cancellations between 15th March and 24th April are entitled to a 10% refund.
