Leave the hustle and bustle behind of daily life and join us for an invigorating, refreshing and deeply restoring week’s retreat on the beautiful Greek island Paros hosted by two experienced yoga instructors.

Enjoy some time for yourself, and socialise with a group if you wish to, reconnect with nature during the late spring, finding your flow with the high energy and natural rhythms of the season. Join us for a truly indulgent mid May break in a contemporary beach-side yoga hotel with both sea and mountain views where you can be in good company and let go and immerse yourself in yoga and mindfulness practices.

Aliki is a small authentic fishing village at the south coast on the beautiful Greek island Paros. It is only 3 minutes walking distance from the centre of the village and the beach. You can reach Paros from Athens by flight, or Mykonos or Santorini by boat and enjoy its amazing coast and peaceful setting.

Paros is one of the Cyclades islands; a group of islands in the Aegean Sea between Athens and Crete, much loved for its beauty and spectacular architecture. All of the buildings are up to two floors and most of the houses are the typical white houses with blue doors and windows. Paros is the most central island of the Cyclades and there are several ferries (daily) to many other islands.

From the hotel you can enjoy spectacular views of the beach and mountains all around you. The peaceful, tranquil setting makes Aliki Panorama Hotel the perfect location for a relaxing break to get away from it all. Stroll into town, go for a hike and enjoy local produce. Or simply unwind in the outdoor swimming pool and terrace, chill out areas and with a massage: it’s up to you. Practise yoga in a fully equipped yoga shala within the hotel or in outdoor spaces, in the sun or on the nearby beach.

The retreat will include:
– 7 nights half board stay at Aliki Panorama Hotel
– daily dynamic and restorative Hatha yoga & meditation sessions

Flights and transfers are not included.

Travel:
You can fly internationally to Athens, Santorini or Mykonos and from there get a boat to Paros. From Athens, you can also take a domestic flight to Paros.

Transfer:
We can help to arrange a transfer to and from the hotel on arrival/departure for you.
Prices: For a Private taxi – approx. 20 € from the airport and 30 € from the port.
If guests arrive/depart at the same time, it can be cheaper and there is an option to order a small transfer van for max. 8 people.

Meals:
Breakfast and dinner will be provided each day. There will be a delicious breakfast buffet served at the hotel restaurant every morning after our yoga and meditation class. We will also enjoy a group welcome and goodbye dinner at the hotel on the first and the last evening. For our other meals, we will stroll just a few minutes walk to one of the much-loved traditional Greek restaurants which serves fresh and delicious meals. To unwind in the evening, there is a bar at the hotel where you can listen to soft lounge music.


Optional extras: Enjoy a Boat trip and snorkeling in the Aegean sea, go hiking over old Byzantine route or along the beach or enjoy a rejuvenating and relaxing massage.

There is a fully equipped Yoga Shala at the hotel with yoga mats and all props provided.

Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome.

Spaces at Aliki Panorama Hotel are limited. Tickets are from £895 per person. There are Shared Rooms (Double/Twin) for 2 people, as well as shared rooms for 3 or 4 people. There are also Single rooms at a supplement.

We accept a £200 non-refundable deposit to secure your place. You can pay in installments. Payment can be made by bank transfer to Rosanna and Sion.

All rooms have air conditioning, WiFi, a small refrigerator with a bottle of drinking water (that can be refilled throughout your stay) and a kettle to make teas and coffees. There are towels provided for the rooms and the swimming pool.

All attendees must complete a medical questionnaire on arrival, and we encourage you to take out personal travel insurance.

*Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and a deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you’ve been asleep for hours.

**Ticket prices include a £200 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations up to 31st October will be entitled to a full refund excluding the £200 deposit. Cancellations between 1st November and 31st January are entitled to a 25% refund. Cancellations between 1st February and 13th May are not entitled to a refund.
